Firebird - named after the Firebird Opera by Stravinsky, was built by the world-renowned Palmer Johnson Shipyard in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin. She was bulit to circumnavigate the world and she has done so three times already and has sailed to Alaska and the Antarctic.
She sails easily. She has roller furling sails and a deep keel for stability. The new extended hard top of the pilot house and the awning over the aft leisure cockpit will give you shade while underway. At anchor, three more awnings go up, creating a huge shaded main deck, with six lounge chairs, a hammock and an 8 foot dining table.
